Where do the prices come from?

From the Nord Pool day-ahead market, the spot price for your bidding area (LV, EE, LT or FI). It is the market price only: your supplier's margin, grid fees and taxes other than VAT are not included.

When do tomorrow's prices appear?

Nord Pool publishes them around 14:00 local time. The app picks them up within minutes.

What do cheap and expensive mean?

You choose the rule in Settings: compared with the last 7 days, with the last 30 days, or with today's average. With the 7-day and 30-day rules the 25% cheapest hours count as cheap and the 25% priciest as expensive; with today's rule it is 25% below or above the day's average.

Reminders do not arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for Nord Prices in iOS Settings. Reminders are local and need no internet connection once set.
